Pebeo Vitrail Cerne Relief is an outliner that can be used alongside the Vitrail Glass Paints to create a stained glass effect. It is applied directly from the tube to draw patterns before applying the vitrail colours and thus, provides a perfect imitation of stained glass.
As well as glass, Cerne Relief can be applied to metal, earthenware etc.
