Inscribe Oil Pastels – Set of 12

Ultra-fine oil pastels with excellent light durability. Colours can be applied straight from the stick in thick layers, to smudge, blend or scrape away for a variety of texture effects or else thinned with turpentine or white spirit to blend and soften and for painting effects and consistency.
