We supply craft materials, art and hobby products, and creative workshops through our website and in-store.

3. Products and Availability
– We make every effort to display accurate descriptions, colours, and images of our products. Colours may vary depending on device settings.
– All products are subject to availability. If an item is unavailable, we will contact you to offer an alternative or a refund.
4. Pricing and Payment
– All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering.

5. Orders and Contract Formation
When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This acknowledgement does not constitute acceptance. Your order is accepted when
payment is received and we dispatch your items. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to:

7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Please note our policy:
Wool Purchases
Under UKHKA guidance, wool cannot be returned or exchanged once purchased unless deemed faulty. Faulty wool will be refunded or exchanged upon inspection. All returns must be accompanied by a valid receipt as proof of purchase.
Other Products
– Items may be returned within 14 days if unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
– All returns must be accompanied by a valid receipt as proof of purchase.
– Return postage is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.
– Refunds are processed via the original payment method after inspection.
Workshops and Events
– Workshop bookings are non-refundable unless cancelled by Clark Craft Products.
– If you are unable to attend, a credit or transfer may be offered at our discretion.
Gift Cards
– Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or other forms of payment, except where required by law. Lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards will not be replaced or refunded. Gift cards may only be used for purchases in store.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
Contact contact@clarkcraft.co.uk within 7 days with details and photos if you receive faulty or damaged goods. We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund. All returns must include a receipt as proof of purchase.
8. Intellectual Property
All website content (text, images, logos, designs) is owned or licensed by Clark Craft Products. You may not reproduce or distribute any part without written consent.
9. Workshops and Events
Workshop bookings are managed via TicketSource, which has its own Privacy Policy and Terms. We are not responsible for their terms or data handling.

We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or business losses. Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the goods or services.

Your data is handled per our Privacy and Cookie Policies, available on our website.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
