Derwent Inktense Pencil
Colours can be blended together with a slightly wetted paintbrush, and overall washes can create vivid ink like translucency and colour. Once dry the colour is permanent and can be worked over. Derwents best water-soluble pencil, highly pigmented, intensely vibrant ink-like colours.
